The Grove is owned and operated by Macmillan Caring Locally based in Christchurch Dorset. Our aim is to support people suffering from cancer and other life threatening illnesses, as well as members of their family and carers.
Non-profit making, The Grove is another way in which we can extend our support by offering a welcome retreat for those who need and deserve it. The hotel has a qualified nurse on call 24 hours each day in case of emergency, but no 'hands on' nursing is available.
If you would like to support the Grove, you can do so by clicking on the Donate button on the left. This will take you to the Macmillan Caring Locally web site, where you can make a secure donation on line. To ensure that your donation is allocated to The Grove, in the 'Donation in memory of' box, please put The Grove.
Memory Well: If you would like to remember a loved one and support the Grove at the same time, you can buy a brick for the Memory Well that we are building in our garden. Each brick costs a minimum of £10 and can be purchased here. There is no limit to the number you can buy.
